About the session
Initiating a new project with a newly-formed team is hard, but it’s especially difficult to make brownfield development as exciting as greenfield. However, we can motivate teams by promoting autonomy (Daniel Pink’s ‘Drive’).
This workshop is a condensed version of the ‘reset week’ run at Royal Society of Chemistry to encourage buy-in from a new team. You’ll plan a roadmap for the next four months for a product you’ve never worked on and gain practical ideas for your team kickoffs.
